Many of us can relate with feeling overwhelmed by the wide variety of seasons life can often toss our way. We can find ourselves wrestling a variety of complicated emotions; including feeling stuck in our lives, disillusioned by relationships or careers, realizing that previous habits and patterns no longer serve us, reeling from past or present trauma, and experiencing challenging mental health symptoms as a result.
