As a licensed clinical social worker in Washington (60940809) and California (85917) with over 15 years of experience providing therapy in a wide and varied range of settings and clients, I continue to deeply believe in the benefit of therapy and hold the privilege of being your therapist with respect and honor.

I draw from a variety of treatment modalities; striving to always meet you where are you at, providing holistic care, and honoring your unique culture and worldview. I specialize in harm reduction, trauma recovery, working within the LGBTQIA+ community, and working with physical illness (both chronic and life threatening). However, I love working with all humans and all reasons for seeking treatment.

I strongly believe in the power of relationships, and the life giving importance of feeling seen and understood. I love the blend of humanity, art, science, messiness and magic that combine together to form this field, and I am constantly impressed and awed by the humans I am lucky enough to sit with.

The PNW has been my home since 2017, and I currently live in Seattle with my spouse and two rescue dogs- Lefty and Frankfurter. When not in sessions, you’re most likely to find me on Orcas Island, in the garden with the dogs, or creating art at my easel.
